Launched in 2024, this is a unique festival based around the Shoemakers Arms, a community-owned pub in Pentre-bach, a short drive from Brecon along the A40.

Always over the Saturday and Sunday of the late May Bank Holiday, we aim to provide a warm welcome for all, with music for all tastes, great beers and summer drinks, barbeque and stuff for the kids too.

It's a free festival with free parking in a nearby field. Another field serves as campsite - £10 for the weekend.

The festival started in 2024 - along with a great selection of local bands, performers and choirs we were joined by touring duo from the USA, Telephone Tag,. The following year, a little international flair was brough by South African performer Julian Wenn. But the heart of the event is local - you can see the 2026 line-up on this page, now confirmed.

For accommodation, there are lots of lovely B&Bs and hotels in the area, if you don't fancy the camping.
